Trimpin’s “Gurs Cyclus” in Breisach
The 70th anniversary of the deportation of the Jews of Baden prompted an invitation to Jewish guests to commemorate their families and remember the destruction of the community: “300 years of the Jewish Community in Breisach.” Trimpin, an artist from Seattle, born in Efringen-Kirchen, brought one installation of his “Gurs Cyclus” to the Radbrunnen on Münsterberg in Breisach. A memorial meal with 120 participants was held on Radbrunnenallee.
